A house for a family which appreciates a subtle and pleasant environment, located in Armenia, Yerevan city, Davtashen district. Being the first building in that street designed to create its own microcosm and to be as a camerton for environment. On the ground floor we have introverted space which is a mix between the grass, trees and black materials. The house is black tufa (volcanic stone) and black metals coated, walls and facade stones which are local material and proposed to be used as a facades main material. Designed as a patio, the garden house has two inner gardens: on frontal part of the building we have a garden as an entrance and parking zone, in the back side of the house we have an inner, more isolated garden which is designed to be a peaceful and green covered place for rest. Using dead walls, designed for introverted architecture, but having big openings in the other facades which are contrasted with other parts of house, give us a new character in architecture depending on a point of view. On the ground floor we have a living room, dining room, kitchen and WC. On the first level we have bedrooms, a master bedroom, working room. On the underground level we have a gaming zone, technical zones and a small pool.
