With an area of 10500 m2 with a capacity of 240 beds is designed as a student guesthouse and youth centre, Koza İpek Loft project was completed in May 2013.
In general, guesthouse entry, youth centre access, a restaurant, a conference room and foyer, study halls, rooms, and administrative offices in multiples of 12-storey building consisting of an innovative, modern and comfortable living spaces have been designed.
Rooms for 2 people in the core cells arranged by according to each floor, two compartments and a 24-person use. Each room has its own compartment, bathroom, wc and units of study are available. Every people separated in different units of study area in the same place in space than the creation of small spaces designed on the basis of fiction. The same applies to the study halls fiction. These cores were highlighted with dramatic lighting and privacy.
Starting from the entrance of the building can be detected, the visual sense of each other, each with a different spatial transparency experience that was built on the social spaces.

Metal, wood and marble design is dominated by protecting the integrity of its own in terms of space but it has a different perception created space articulations.
