In a land worth 5000 sqm area which is located in ARIAN BAGHSHAHR in Alborz province, a 600 sqm villa has built and designed on 3 floors for a young couple who love throwing parties and friends gathering.
We started our works with spending time with our clients to become familiar with their lifestyle, this was our way to design .besides, land topography, having a conflict with Agriculture Jihad organization, climate situation and specific vision of project had an essential role to shape our design.
In designing suburb villas which are frequently used for weekends, area and level of spaces due to connections between the exterior and interior spaces play an important role in creating a sense of dynamism in house. Spaces that are merely into aesthetic and do not deal with internal links that are taking place inside the building, highly damaging the quality of living in the house.
One of our principles in designing is creating high-quality spaces which can encourage inhabitants to explore spaces and let them experience different semantic layers through dynamical space elements.
This semantic layers and temptation of moving in space, is the result of interaction between forms and environmental lighting situation which are designed precisely and work together, like light plays on interior wall’s surface through specific shape of louvers and their orientation and shapes, location of openings and windows, these all are the factors which have effect on function between body and climate.
This dynamical interaction upgrades and effects on inhabitant’s perceptual experience and Phenomenological either in aesthetic functions or welfare functions.
Due to client demands for privacy and access to swim pool area also using the maximum benefit of sunlight on the southern side we have selected L shape form for building and this design was an answer to limit the scope of vision also access to the building only. This form helped us to create spaces that were surrounded by external and internal spaces around the pool.
Changing the joint of L shape to a porch was one of our advantages, a hangout place during all 4 seasons which has a proper condition for guests to have a physical and visual connection with the building.
Such public spaces are linked together by stairs all over the building not only through visual factors also physically too, to create a monolithic space for weekend’s fun and entertainment.
Details for designing stairs were very important. Variation shapes of stairs were quite a different experience. We didn’t consider them as a connection, we also considered them as vertical access to create various spaces with a different quality to the experience.
For the Disco which is located in underground, we didn’t want to give this feeling to the guests that they are going in to underground for party , in fact this space was very important for us as our client was very interested in ,so we create a platform to have a separate access to party place also to keep it’s attractive entrance also avoiding sounds and noise coming out .
Finally, instead of being luxury, we tried to build a project with average expenses and sympatric space and instead of using expensive materials to make attraction; we used architectural spaces with high quality. Construction technology, maintenance systems, and used materials were economical and on average level.
