This one-of-a-kind guesthouse is designed as a companion piece to the larger main house on a double-lot in the University Endowment Lands. The guesthouse serves a variety of family functions beyond the housing of out-of-town guests. It also serves as the hosting/staging area for garden parties, with large folding doors opening up two sides of the generous living area to a wrap-around terrace and the pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen & dining pavilion beyond.

This unique guesthouse sits on top of an extensive parkade with room for the homeowner's and guest's vehicles. An elevator rises to an entry vestibule that links the guest and main houses. The upper floor contains a yoga and exercise area complete with accompanying spa. Together, they form the ultimate relaxation and entertainment complex. The highly picturesque landscape thoughtfully joins the guesthouse to the main home and all outdoor activity areas.
