The KNN Media Center is a new landmark broadcast headquarters and cultural media facility located in Busan’s Centum City. The new HQ will contribute, alongside other progressive works of architecture, to the definition of Centum City as a new cultural destination in Busan. The proposed program on the 2,400 pyoung site include 11,700 SM of new headquarter facilities for KNN Broadcasting with two production studios and one news studio, 28,000 SM of office and office condominium, 10,000 SM of retail and a 2,500 SM museum. The design features a retail destination based element to the office tower which is a cultural pavilion in nature. It includes KNN Studios, retail, and museum. A simple office tower supporting KNN Offices and multi-media tenants extend to the maximum height.
