The Portland stone-clad façades with stainless steel detailing provide a modern interpretation of Knightsbridge’s traditional, heritage buildings in scale, rhythm and setting back of upper floors. Zeidler worked closely with the staff and Planning and Development Sub-committee of the City of Westminster, English Heritage, the Royal Fine Art Commission and the Knightsbridge Association to satisfy the heritage requirements of all bodies in a building of exceptional quality.
