KK Mall, part of a development in the soon-to-be tallest tower in Shenzhen, is a vital new luxury retail player, sure to be a prime destination for future shoppers. Consisting of service and residential apartments, a five-star hotel, and office space, it is conveniently connected to the Central Metro. The mall includes over 150 high-end international fashion brands, as well as upscale restaurants, Shenzhen’s first IMAX Theater, and much more. Sweeping, curved skylights in metal cladding, inspired by the shape of a pair of swimming Koi, bring fractured sunlight into the space to create the illusion of a glittering underwater scene.
