A site is in the residential street for several on foot minutes from a station.It is 3-story the apartment of 14 houses.If a little circumference of a station is left, the residence where a site is large will be located in a line. Rich green can be felt between the yard or a building.
Circumference environment was drawn in the common area and it connected to dwelling unit environment.By drawing circumference environment in a common area and dividing in five volumes, a dwelling unit has a highly independent plan.
The vacant lot of an adjoining house is taken in, and the common area and the opening are adjusted, taking into consideration control of how for outside environment, such as leading a look to empty, taking the height relation of a neighboring house into consideration, to be concerned, or a look.
giving an angle to the surface of a wall which meets little by little -- the relation of dwelling units -- controlling . A wind falls out in a common area like a “VALLEY”.
