A building that is a little over 25 years old and that has been renovated since by an architect in 1984. The site of the building is located on the main street of this small municipality.

The client approached me to redo the interior & exteriror architecture, this was a great opportunity to introduce to this county contemporary Québec architecture.

The way the project was conceived was within the prisim of ecological, sun oriented principals and use of local materials. Another strength of this project is it's conception is based upon deconstruction, the parts of the building can be unmounted and have it's part reused. We always seem to think of architecture as something permanent when history has shown us that it's not case...
