Located in the outskirts of Hanoi, Kim's house is incubated from the desire to build a cozy house for 3 generations. The house is a peaceful nest - where all the fatigue and work pressure stops behind the gate.

Built and completed in 2021, the period before the Covid epidemic was at a strong outbreak. And according to the Government's social distancing directive, travel restrictions have a significant impact on the activities and morale of family members. At the same time, it still makes every member of the family have a comfortable space to play, mingle with nature.

Kim's House has the characteristic design of an introverted house. Do not exploit the whole land, the architect only exploits the land to the side to build the housing area, the remaining land is for the green garden.

Stairs and toilets are located in front of the house so you can make room for the inner courtyard which is also the main center of the house.°

The garden is built in a south-eastern direction, always full of sun and wind every morning. During the day, the garden will provide light for the house. The low awning system, which prevents the hot wind from entering the house, will instead be conditioned by the front aquarium, so that the air is always guaranteed to circulate the best and always keep the cool throughout the summer.

Not only the first floor, the second floor of the house also has a small garden, the owner calls it "the lung of the second floor". The rooftop garden is located right in the bridging corridor, separating the working room, common living room from the master bedroom. The solution is both creating privacy and making the entire 2nd floor rooms accessible to the green space.
The main bedroom is "fully open" with a system of large windows facing the garden, creating a cool and relaxing space for the owner of the room.

In addition, the electricity and light systems used by the house are all derived from solar energy. Help minimize the impact on the natural environment. Upgrading the sustainable architectural element of the building.
