The challenge for this project was to fit a high profile landscape and urban design firm into the second floor of a 10-story building that originally was designed for a bank with a large concrete vault. By utilizing the vault as both a space for appropriate rooms and a design feature, the tenant was able to move their Sarasota operation downtown and into a new, modern space. The perimeter glass wall allows for a studio atmosphere with natural light throughout, while offices are located on the corner for functionality.
