Khartoum Masterplan
At the junction of the Blue and White Nile, LATIS have created a mixed-use masterplan for a 2.5 million sqft development within the city of Khartoum, Sudan. The proposals include high-end residential villas, hotels, retail and commercial buildings together with a recreational park, beach and sports club. LATIS were also commissioned to develop proposals for sustainable construction methods and systems for reducing the environmental impact of the scheme.
