This two-floor office fit-out project, spanning over 5,000 sqm in One Bangkok, embodies a dynamic and modern workplace environment while embracing the evolving culture of the organization. The client’s brief called for a modern, inspiring environment that reflects KGI’s business identity and aspirations.
Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, the design team curated distinct narratives for each zone, carefully aligned with their unique functions and atmospheres. The front-of-house area is designed to convey trustworthiness, boldness, and elegance, making a powerful first impression. Communal spaces are warm, relaxed, and inviting, fostering collaboration and casual interaction. Meanwhile, the workspaces are refined and refreshing, supporting both focus and innovation.
A key design strategy was to create a cohesive visual language across these varied zones. Patterns and graphics, inspired by the KGI logo and the candlestick—an important symbol in the financial world—serve as a unifying thread, weaving together the diverse design themes while reinforcing the brand’s identity.
This project exemplifies how workplace strategy, functionality, and design aesthetics can be seamlessly integrated to craft a creative, effective, and inspiring work environment.
