The house embodies sophisticated luxury through its architecture, featuring multiple en-suites and a private spa pool. The open-plan kitchen and living areas are thoughtfully adaptable, separated by delicate Japanese screens that create intimate, versatile spaces—perfect for both social gatherings and serene moments of solitude. The design emphasizes clean lines, natural materials, and a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape, embodying a true modern Japanese aesthetic.
In collaboration with Studio Timothy Holston, the furniture design and sourcing have been carefully curated to complement the architectural vision, fostering an environment of refined comfort and elegant simplicity.
ALT Design & Construction provided a comprehensive suite of services, including concept design, detailed construction documentation, interior design, project management, and bespoke interior finishings, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious mountain home experience.
