Within the Kent Etiler Mixed Use development in Istanbul, the Mesa Karanfil P1 Parcel represents the portion designed by our team. As part of the larger mixed-use framework, this parcel was conceived with a contemporary and permeable architectural approach that prioritizes human scale and urban integration.
The design adopts an organic massing language with fluid surfaces, generating voids between volumes to enhance daylight penetration, natural ventilation, and visual continuity. At ground level, semi-open spaces and pedestrian-oriented circulation strategies reinforce public flow and encourage interaction between workplace and social life.
Natural materials and integrated shading systems articulate the façade, balancing climatic performance with a warm and contemporary architectural expression. The design aims to establish a distinct architectural identity for the parcel while maintaining strong coherence with the overall masterplan vision.
