For the headquarters facility of successful condiment manufacturer Ken’s Foods, Margulies Perruzzi Architects designed a 20,000 square foot addition. The new space contains a new main entry for the facility, demonstration kitchens, marketing areas and administrative office space. The new structure, an additional 20,000 square feet of existing office space was renovated to integrate the existing space seamlessly with the new construction.Margulies Perruzzi Architects worked closely with Ken’s Foods’ staff to ensure that the plant’s operations were not interrupted throughout the phased, 16-month construction process.
