The project was done in collaboration with Eric Kreher, AIA. Kennedy Place is an 11-story, 58,000 square foot dormitory located
adjacent to the main campus. It includes 122-single occupancy units and 30-double occupancy
units. Each unit has a private bedroom, dedicated kitchen and
bathroom. The residence hall also has a central laundry facility, card access
to the building, a large community room with exterior seating and a flower
garden.
