Kelly Condos is a unique collaboration between architects, town government, and a private developer to address a vital need for housing in Jackson Hole, WY. The structure offers 12 deed-restricted units and contains 22 bedrooms outfitted with white oak floors, spacious layouts, oversized picture windows, and roof decks with unobstructed views toward the surrounding mountains. The project has been designed to respect and enhance the character and cohesiveness of the existing residential neighborhood, pushing back against the prevalent belief that community housing cannot be architecturally beautiful.
This development is intended to fill the gap left between affordable housing and market-rate housing in the area, and be an example to similar communities looking for comparable solutions. In addition, these homes are all deed restricted to cap annual appreciation, leading to increased affordability within the secondary market for years to come.
