The
project scope involved a new 65,399 square foot Bachelor Enlisted
Quarters (BEQ) facility located at Marine Corps Logistics Base in
Albany, Georgia. The project includes the design and construction of the
BEQ using the standard Marine Corps 2X0 room design as specified in the
UFC-4-27-10 for Navy and Marine Corps Bachelor Housing, associated
storage, utilities, parking, site improvements, built-in equipment
requirements, access, and anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP). The
project required a LEED Certified rating.
