KBG Headquarters – Office Interior
Corporate Office Interior | Kuwait City | 2025
The KBG Headquarters office interior, transforms Kuwait Building Group’s workspace into a refined environment that balances functionality with visual strength. The design reflects KBG’s legacy and forward-looking vision, translating the company’s identity into a contemporary interior language rooted in clarity, craftsmanship, and calm.
A series of architectural elements were developed specifically for this project. The reception area features a custom concrete-finish wall incorporating KBG’s branding, creating a bold yet understated first impression. Omani stone flooring was selected throughout the main public spaces to introduce durability and natural warmth, grounding the interior in a timeless material palette.
Within the office areas, carpet flooring was carefully selected to enhance acoustic performance, improving sound comfort across workspaces while also supporting lighting performance by reducing glare and creating a more balanced and comfortable visual environment.
The elevator hall is clad in Moca Fine limestone, which wraps seamlessly toward the meeting room façade. This surface transforms into a strong artistic feature through an engraved map of Kuwait City, allowing architecture to act as a narrative element that reflects KBG’s deep connection to the country.
Inside the meeting room, a custom-designed travertine table serves as the focal point of the space, featuring specially detailed joints and an integrated power connection discreetly embedded into the tabletop, merging functionality with refined craftsmanship.
Rather than approaching the office as a purely functional space, the design positions it as a representation of leadership and architectural intent. Through attention to detail, proportion, and materiality, the headquarters becomes both a workplace and a visual statement aligned with KBG’s role in shaping Kuwait’s built environment.
