Location: Tehran, Iran.
Status: Ongoing.
Area: 4.500 sq.m.
Design Date: Dec. 2016.
Role in the project: Facade Design, 3D modeling and visual postproduction.
This project has been designed in a 400 sq. m. land in 17 levels, which includes 14 official levels, lobby and parking in two levels.The project has been assigned to the private sector and is designed based on the special regional situation and an official program. Since it’s administrative function, design team located 2 conference hall in floors 9 and 12. Other floors dedicated to offices and staff sector. All floors take advantage from facde-wide balconies which are covered with parametric wooden blades. These shades help to reduce noise and disturbing light and generate too many views for observer.
