At the Kasa Holzer, design is a living conversation—a dynamic dialogue where diverse styles merge to create a cohesive and engaging environment.
"The client had a clear vision," says Ar. Harpreet Singh. "He wanted to bring together different furniture styles—classical, modern, minimalist—creating a fluid experience where everything felt like it naturally belonged." Guided by this vision, the design team approached the project as a celebration of individuality within unity, balancing clean lines, raw materials, and open layouts. The team’s priority was to ensure seamless fluidity across all design elements. “The interiors, lighting, textures, and materials—all had to support the furniture’s voice without overwhelming it,” explains Ar. Harpreet. This curated approach results in a space that feels inviting and comfortable, with each component complementing the next. Materials like metal and wood add an industrial flair, while soft lighting enriches textures and imbues warmth throughout.
A vibrant atmosphere greets visitors as they enter the store. Bold hues of yellow and teal punctuate the space, creating striking focal points against the backdrop of neutral, refined furniture. This contrast injects energy into the environment while maintaining a sense of balance and harmony.
Furniture pieces are elegantly showcased within recessed niches, each treated as a work of art. Backlighting heightens the visual impact, casting a cinematic glow that highlights the sleek structure of each piece. Layered textures and statement pieces, such as a bright yellow petal chair and a striped bean bag, add playful notes to the space, while perforated walls enhance the overall depth and visual interest.
Lighting is an essential element in setting the mood. Strategically placed moon floor lamps and belt lights lend each area an elegant, sculptural quality. The melting glass chandelier serves as a captivating focal point, radiating luxury and complementing the plush swivel chairs and sofas on rich wood floors. Fluted glass partitions with golden accents subtly divide spaces without disrupting the flow, further enhancing the openness of the layout. The soft-edged, waffle-patterned ceiling design amplifies the sense of grandeur, adding sophistication to the overall aesthetic.
Another highlight is the Japanese garden-inspired tree, a grounding element that introduces nature into the bold, modern lines of the interiors. Thoughtfully placed planters throughout the centre bring nature closer, infusing the space with lively energy.
As visitors move through the space, the design transitions gracefully from dynamic, open areas to serene, home-like spaces that invite relaxation. Every corner evokes a deep emotional connection, designed to be experienced not just observed.
The whole experience centre is thoughtfully designed with each space reflecting its unique character, offering visitors a fresh experience while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout. The bedrooms, for instance, embrace a minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic with clean lines, neutral tones, and open layouts that foster a serene, expansive feel. Large artworks framed on the walls punctuate the minimalist backdrop, breaking its simplicity and adding visual depth. Subtle details like wainscoting introduce texture, enhancing the space's balance, while the carpets define the area. Expansive windows framed by sheer curtains flood the room with natural light, creating an airy, peaceful atmosphere. The upholstered headboards and soft bedding serve as inviting focal points, while minimalist wall panels add an extra layer of sophistication.
Despite the distinctiveness of each space, the design remains united under a modern minimalist theme, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic experience throughout.
