The new building designed by the 314 architecture studio is characterized by its sculptural forms and fluid lines, creating a sense of movement and dynamism. The building's facade is marked by sweeping curves and organic shapes, resembling large, flowing drapes or waves frozen in time. These elements give the building a sense of softness and fluidity, contrasting with the rigid lines typically seen in urban architecture.
The exterior surfaces are smooth and white, which, along with strategically placed lighting, highlight the building's intricate contours. Large, circular openings and curving balconies are integrated into the design, offering glimpses of the interior and providing outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly with the exterior.
