The use of modern and durable material (CLT) made it possible to create a complex structure, organically integrated into the natural landscape with minimal load on weak soils. This material provided high thermal insulation and structural stability. CLT technology also allows installation in record time

Unique architectural concept was to divide building into two parts: a residential area and a public one. The glass corridor that unites these parts is a generator of sensations and emotions. When moving from one building to another, a person passes part of the way in a different environment. The effect is especially felt in winter, when you walk 6 meters from a warm, comfortable hall to the bedroom under falling snow and stars surrounded by century-old fir trees!

An important aspect was the preservation of the natural environment. The trees were integrated into the architecture of the building, which made it possible to create a unique atmosphere and express respect for nature.

The introduction of modern technologies has made it possible to create a smart home of the latest generation. This includes automation of lighting, heating, ventilation, as well as a security and control system.

Insulation of the exterior walls and roof with environmentally friendly materials made it possible to create an energy-efficient house. Finishing the facades with natural materials (larch schindel and spruce plank) and tinting in gray tones hid the structure in a wooded area.
