Kabootarkhan Villa is located 60 kilometers west of Kerman, Iran. The property is an fruit orchard slightly larger than one hectar placed amidst pistachio orchards. The region has a hot, arid climate. In the design process, various planes are placed innsholifting, positions. The two-storied villa is form d with this staggering planar elements. The windows are framed by stuccoelements. Th façade is whittle stucco accent by light grey elements. Upstair, panorama view depicts the orchards and the surrounding mountains and the swimming pool partly enters the main building volume to connect interior with the suuroundings.
Interior has a contrast with with cold, exterior and warm decorative stone in addition to suspension ceilings are implemented. Interior space is not punctuated by cooumns, as they are hidden in surrounding walls, aiding integragltion and free flow of inner space. Stone and wood as natural materials are gracefully combined with a suspended stair, fireplace and TV stand that has something modern about themselves.
