Re-imagining the traditional condominium with towers on slabs, our premise for the Kaá development was the idealization of a vertical village. The apartments were conceived as floating houses surrounded by vegetation, which in turn embraces the large central plaza.
With 48 units and 29 types of apartments, we made sure that each residential cell had different facades facing the greenery, and that the units at the ends had stepped terraces - with swimming pools and private balconies; and that those on the first floor had gardens, such as a landscaped courtyard.
