The challenge that often been faced in the architecture of urban plots is how to meet most everyday needs within the minimum surface area given. The design of K 273 Residence was based on the creation of a single architectural result, utilizing all the natural and geographical features of the plot. Our aim was for the end result to be in harmony with the rest of the Kifisia residences. Accordingly, to also be based on contemporary design methods and influences. With the use of concrete, metal and glass we achieved the design of a modern house that offers the resident ergonomics and bioclimatic efficiency.
