Located right adjacent to the new international airport Terminal T2, this 5 star, 575 keys hotel aims to service the business as well as leisure traveler to Mumbai. The design is configured a linear block with rooms facing either the airport terminal on one side and a large reserved green on the other. The linear block joins another wing to form a rough T shape form. This shorter wing faces the entry and profiles slightly to form a crescent shaped drop off zone. This area had a special water features and feature lighting to create a sense of grand entrance.

The lower 2 floors of the hotel accommodate the public functions like Banquets, Restaurants, High end retail and the Spa. Upstairs, 5 floors of hotel rooms sit on top of the public spaces and each room has large double glazed shaded windows. The lower public levels are externally rendered in Warm Beige Sandstone cladding and Indian motifs in form of metal jaalis for the openings.
