When Juniper Ridge set its sights on New York City, the Oakland, California company, known for its wild-harvested essential oils, asked MAS to reinterpret its brand for a big-city audience. Inexpensive, digitally sculpted gator board panels abstract the natural landscapes where Juniper Ridge sources its oils, while millwork components of salvaged wood draw a more direct connection. Industrial steel brackets tie the space together literally and figuratively. The system, including custom brass fixtures, is designed to disassemble and move to different locations.
