The "Julia von Bodelschwingh House" in Berlin-Westend is a senior residence with 72 rooms and 13 barrier-free apartments, developed for the Gabriele Fink Stiftung and operated by Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal. Designed by kontektum architektur, the building meets the needs of both foundations while blending into its surroundings. The five-story main building, aligned with the Malteser Hospital, features a spacious foyer, administrative offices, and apartments with large windows and balconies. Two rear sections house the senior residence, with wide corridors, communal areas, and terraces. The facade combines precast concrete and metal, integrating with the environment, while residents enjoy direct access to a park and views from the rooftop terrace.
