Task: the transformation of a 350 sq m² office space in two luxury apartments
Mission: Space re-organisation, Interior design, project management and work supervision
Challenges: Since this was a promotional project, one of the conditions was that the style suits as wide a variety of potential customers as possible. Another constraint was the budget since our client is a real estate investor.
Solutions: The main design elements of these apartments are color accents and contemporary spatial solutions.
