Amongst (15-meter-high) the lush and tropical vegetation that surrounds the site, the Julang Ngapak Residence emerges and soar up to consist of four-storey comprised of two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one mezzanine floor on top with a height-curved ceiling to create a fluid impression through the dramatic vista across the landscape within as high as the sky. The seamless openings are designed to flow the naturally hilly terrain from outside to inside on which it stands.

All program schemes are connected by three structural walls concrete with the transparent glass in each staircase situated between two walls. The transparent glass allowed seamless openings for the natural lighting. The roof is supported by a curved cast concrete structure, serving to frame the vistas of the naturally hilly terrain from the interior while also dividing the relaxing or reading spaces from the mezzanine floor.
