The design of this project was carried out based on the client's request for a plot of land measuring 15 x 27.7 meters for the design of a house-garden of 100 square meters. The land had a north-south orientation and had neighbors on three sides and access from the south. Also, according to the regulations of the municipality, it was necessary to keep a distance of three meters from the western front. Due to the fact that the access to the land was through the alley of the garden and it was small in width, the idea of a suitable entrance showed the first clues of the design. The pattern of the Kushk was also one of the other design sources due to its proximity to the Shazde Mahan Kushk. Finally, direct lighting in all spaces was the fourth challenge that caused the formation of the initial plateau. Considering that the surrounding lands have green spaces and gardens, a path to access the roof was planned so that the roof can be used as an observation point and homogeneous planting of plants.
