Jorge Ayala will take part in Design Days Paris to be held at Hotel Bel Ami in the heart
of Saint Germain des Pres, from June 1 to 7, 2015.
Echoing Design Days Paris 15th Edition’s theme –Experience- Jorge Ayala explores different connections between objects and spaces, presenting a series of his key pieces, displayed as an artistic laboratory.
Ayala installs an experimental exhibition inspired by the narrative of a cabinet of curiosities, showcased as a scenography with hybrid prototypes, playing with matter, form and aesthetics.
Nonetheless, Jorge Ayala presents also his cutting-edge interior design pieces, engaging with lighting and contemporary art. Enlightened appliques evolved onto architectural fragments, crystalized with geometric pleats, evoking origami
structures and dynamics. All pieces are for sale.
