The owners wanted a large space to serve as dining room, living room, kitchen and study, the study also had to be occasional guest room.
Among the alternatives was chosen the third solution: (the one we liked more!)Completely change the system of the house, bringing together the services, kitchen and bathrooms in the center of the house, to ensure the privacy of the sleeping area and simplify the installation problems.The generous dimensions of the living room so obtained, have helped create an open kitchen, sliding glass panels separating the home office that has a small bathroom for guests. This solution has also allowed us to provide the master bedroom of a large private bathroom plus a small sitting room entrance. Now the area living-room-kitchen-studio, spread throughout the length of the apartment, with 2 windows and 2 doors windows.
