QEA has led over $50 million in construction at the Kennedy Center since 1992. During this time QEA has collaborated with Kennedy Center and National Symphony Orchestra staff and a team of specialty consultants in the planning, design and construction for the correction of a multitude of building and operational deficiencies. In addition to the comprehensive renovation of each major venue, the firm developed a Comprehensive Building Plan, life safety and accessibility upgrades, as well as created a Facilities Management Database for the 1.5 million square foot facility.
