Jiu Xun "San Liang San" Barbecue and Drinking Spot: Exploring a New Social Way of Life.

In a corner of Changchun City, hidden behind the Qida Street building, there is a forgotten old space. Design team has renovated this space with a new lifestyle concept to meet the changes in the catering consumer market, giving commercial spaces more value and possibilities.

The restaurant space, with a floor area of 385 square meters, provides a relaxed and free atmosphere. It is a new challenge for traditional Northeast barbecue restaurants to create a brand that represents Chinese barbecue in such a competitive market.

The restaurant “Jiu Xun San Liang San” barbecue and drinking spot takes Northeastern Province culture as its background. The design team has come up with new considerations for the site, with barbecue, liquor, and music forming the foundation of the space.

The dining area is influenced by the heating system and smoke exhaust restrictions. The seating layout is carefully planned to accommodate more guests. The inspiration for the wall design comes from the initial material selection and design concept. It is like the combination of barbecue and liquor, making socialization countless possibilities. Through open layouts and lighting effects, it aims to achieve new visual effects.

In Northeast China, music is deeply ingrained in people's lives. Music acts as a medium that connects everyone in the space.

In this space, the combination of trendy social spaces and Northeast barbecue culture creates a new attitude towards life. People can chat about life and share happiness here. Everything here is a new way of life and a presentation of Northeast barbecue culture.

The design team cleverly utilizes the space to reduce the investment cost for the client. Through creative design, it has brought commercial value to this space, which is also a compromise. This space is not only a restaurant but also a gathering place for socialization. It attracts people to come and taste the food and feel the charm of Northeast barbecue.

Northeast barbecue is not just a way of life in this region but also a cultural heritage and emotional connection. “San Liang San” barbecue restaurant project uses this culture as its background, combines food and music to lead a new way of socializing.
