Sinitsa is a design bureau that makes bright and memorable brand interiors. Studio projects are included in all shortlists of interior design awards and are remembered by thousands of visitors. At the same time, we meet the promised deadlines and budget of the project, we take on the management of implementation and production. We are not interested in drawing pictures that are divorced from reality, our goal is to change public spaces for the better every day, using available resources - creativity, vision of trends and deep knowledge of materials and technologies.
Afimall is the third stand-alone jewelry department store. About a year before, we started designing a similar-sized store in Aviapark, but the project stalled. But by the time we started designing the point in Afimoll, we had several planning moves, which really were not useful at all.
A rather stressful project - the deadlines were extremely specific and not shifted, and the opportunities that the 6.2-meter-high room gave - alluring and seductive.
I am deeply grateful to the clients, Andrey Migunov and Irina Kuznetsova, for their courage in the key decisions of the project. For example, redoing the ceiling means redoing the fire system and ventilation, which entails financial costs and, most importantly, increases the project time. But we decided and did not regret it - the domes make the whole space noble and certainly cannot be compared with all the neighboring shops.
The huge circle at the entrance came to my mind at night on the train, when I could not sleep and amuse myself with sketches, thinking how I could quote the very first circle of the store in Metropolis. During the development process, I wanted to give it some kind of irregular texture, and I contacted the sculptor, whose work I met several times on my Facebook.
We again made furniture in this store with frosted glass on the surface, and after going through several implementations, it seems that we have made perfect knots and details. But the most important thing in the store, I personally think is the spatial solution, the layout, thanks to which you want to stay there for a long time, lay out things and try on absolutely the entire range.
