The penthouse, perched on the highest floors of a building in Jerusalem stood empty for 5 years when I was commissioned to finally start and complete the planning and design of the space: three floors, 750sqm comprising 10 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, and a sizeable 250sqm balcony overlooking Jerusalem. The penthouse serves as a vacation home for friends and family during extended holidays in Israel.
The client requested sophisticated luxury which is presented in this traditionally designed penthouse, with a private elevator lobby, majestic wrought-iron staircase, floor to ceiling windows, custom furnishings, magnificent lighting, a gold-leaf gilded living room ceiling and more.
