1,500 sf of an existing 4,600 sf office was converted into a restaurant in this renovation in the uptown area of Park Ridge. With clever design, the architectural vernacular of the building was maintained; including a volume ceiling in the new dining area. The exterior was improved with an outdoor eating area with suspended wood trellis.
