Situé au coin des rues Arago et Mazenod, sur un terrain en pente, Jenny est un projet mixte composé de trois maisons de ville à paliers et cinq condos sur deux étages qui sont organisés autour d’une cours intérieure surplombée par la canopée des arbres. Le projet embrasse la pente du terrain participant au concept formel et créant un jeu de terrasses sur tous les niveaux, à l’avant et à l’arrière. Les terrasses sont ainsi plus intimes. La volumétrie du projet résulte de retraits, d’avancements et de superpositions de blocs qui dynamisent les façades et qui donnent un caractère distinct à chacune des huit unités du projet. Ce jeu de volumes est d’ailleurs accentué sur les deux façades par les deux grandes portes cochères et l’utilisation de deux matériaux identitaires au quartier soit la brique rouge et la tuile poisson argentée. Au niveau de la rue, un jeu de brique ajouré laisse transparaître les entrées des logements se retrouvant en retrait par soucis d’intimité.

Located at the corner of Rue Arago and Rue Mazenod, on a sloping site, Jenny is a mixed-use project comprising three tiered townhouses and five two-storey condos organized around an interior courtyard overlooked by the tree canopy. The project embraces the slope of the land, contributing to the formal concept and creating an interplay of terraces on all levels, front and rear. The terraces are thus more intimate. The volumetry of the project is the result of recesses, advances and superimpositions of blocks that energize the facades and give a distinct character to each of the project's eight units. This play of volumes is accentuated on both facades by the two large carriage entrance doors and the use of two materials that identify the neighborhood: red brick and silver fish tile. At street level, the openwork brickwork reveals the entrances to the apartments, which are set back for privacy.
