This project was for a real estate brokerage firm in Aspen, Colorado. The use of clean lines and modern detailing was a key element in the design process. The contrast in both rich and light color palette of finishes and large amounts of natural light allowed for the space to appear more open in a relatively small space. Wood paneling and white lacquered countertops visually warmed the space. The formal lobby space is a focal point for display featuring wood paneled niches in a backlit wall. As one goes deeper into the office space areas become more casual and open. On the way to an open office seating arrangement you pass by the glass-enclosed private offices that all have a view of surrounding mountains.
