This was a full 1600sqft loft renovation. All new mechanical, plumbing and electrical. The clients wanted to strip the walls and floors back to original materials and keep an industrial feeling in the space. In doing so we found lots of tough issues but some beautiful brick. Together with clients taste for eclectic, industrial modern, we were able to create a loft with all the needs of a modern family, with the character and charm of the past. The aesthetic of the apartment is clean, fresh timeless and tasteful.
