Standing as a shared node for both the automotive density present to the south on the Geary Expressway and the pedestrianism of San Francisco's Fillmore and Japantown districts, this proposal is for vertical housing which visually elucidates its constructive logic with the help of parametric scripting.Clustering of units into groups of 2-6 with shared public interstitial spaces is externally rendered as discreet vertical precast-concrete truss modules; floor deformation to accomodate user-dictated program nodes (one public and one private space per unit) pushes beyond or draws back from the skin to create revealed and isolated spaces in each residence.
