A restoration and enhancement of the heritage Ceperley Rounsfell building was incorporated into the new Jameson House high-rise. Completed in 2011, this new 37-storey, mixed-use tower incorporates commercial, retail and residential spaces. The project breaks down the boundaries between living and working while balancing energy consumption between its mix of day- and night-time uses. A showcase for sustainable urban densification, the tower features a fully-computerized, automated parking system.
The project was designed in collaboration with Foster and Partners.
