The newly reimagined Jackson Hole History Museum, designed by HGA in collaboration with Prospect Studio and exhibit designer, G&A, celebrates Jackson Hole's rich heritage and vibrant community. Located in the heart of downtown Jackson, the museum establishes a permanent home for History Jackson Hole’s extensive collection of artifacts, photographs, and oral histories. This cultural campus invites locals and visitors to explore the region's history through interactive exhibits, educational programming, and community events.
Spanning a quarter-acre, the campus features a three-story, 13,200-square-foot museum alongside two historic cabins and integrated outdoor spaces. Its architectural design seamlessly blends Jackson’s Western character with modern sustainability practices. Natural wood finishes, drought-resistant landscaping, and energy-efficient systems reflect HJH’s commitment to ecological stewardship and sustainable design.
The dynamic, inclusive space fosters connections across history, culture, and community.
