The Jackrabbit Design building located at 333 Edgehill Road in East Milton Square, Massachusetts is a redesign of a 1930's marketplace building. The building had gone through many conversions over the last sixty years, rendering it an eye sore to its surrounding neighbors. In the course of eighteen months, the demolition and buildout resulted in a contemporary yet industrial, subterranean loft. The building features include: fifteen workstations, stainless steel professional kitchen, spa-influenced bathroom, reception station with waiting room, library and archival storage, conference area, living room with ventless fireplace, shipping and receiving area, radiant heated wood floors, skylights, remote controlled blinds, automated theatre and sound system, cobblestone patio with park bench and topiaries, restored barn wood tables, rehabbed mill building bricks, tropical plants, stainless steel signage and exterior street lamps.
