The penthouse features ten-foot ceilings and 300 SF of terraces. Units on the third and fourth floors also include private terraces. The design includes a variety of amenities, such as a fitness center and a rooftop. Residents and visitors have access to below-grade parking with 48 residential and nine retail parking spaces along with 46 bicycle spaces.
