The project of a single family house involved extension and
refurbishment of an existing one
storey building. The house is designed for a couple with two children who value ​​a constant contact with
the family. The building has a
compact form of a cuboid with a flat roof and cutouts in the block of the house that contrast in color with the rest of the facade. Subtracting rectangular blocks
from the main building block allowed to
create a terrace, loggia and an additional space in front of the entrance area. The
facades of the building are
finished with graphite plaster. Modern
form and contrasting white and
graphite elevations create the effect of
high aesthetic quality and attractive
design of the house.
