The project is developed on a corner lot with very small measurements, rectangular proportions lot and the client's request to use the maximum surface area allowed.
With the idea of achieving the largest possible green space, the house is planned on three floors.
On the first floor, the social area and the kitchen. The living-dining room opens and merges to the small garden and also connects to the grill gallery that ends with the pool visual.
The staircase resting on the dividing wall articulates the different levels and is illuminated by a skylight that brings light to the the first floor circulation.
On the first floor you can find all the bedrooms en suite (the master bedroom and two bedrooms for the children) and it is completed with an office or study place looking over the entrance hall from the street.
Finally on the second floor, the intimate living room and the service area (service bedroom en suite and the utility room). The special feature of the intimate living room is the opening onto a terrace with a pergola that allows you to enlarge the area and enjoy being outside in hot weather.
The aesthetics of the house aimed to achieve a volume where the third floor recedes with respect to the second to reduce the sensation of height in a three-story house. The pergola that borders the third floor also helps to give the project horizontality and to reduce the scale seen from the street
